TARGET AUDIENCE: PRE-SCHOOL TEACHERS AND EDUCATORS GRADES 1-3 ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND
Snow, ice, wind, brilliant blue skies, chinooks, sun and cold are all amazing learning and play opportunities! During these two sessions we will explore what it can look like to fully engage with winter in your schoolyard and nearby community sites. This series will be one full day and a second half day a month later and would fit best with preschool-grade 3 teachers and educators.

Christina Pickleshas been an environmental educator for 20 years and has worked in wetlands, badlands, forests and streams with students of all ages. For the last 5 years she has lead the Get Outside and Play Early Childhood Network in Alberta. She lives in Calgary minutes from the Bow River with her family.
